Will you ever contact our clients directly?
No. Every engagement is NDA-bound before kickoff. We don't take your client's email, phone, or name. All communication flows through your Slack channel with us. Your client doesn't know we exist — that's the entire point.
What if our client doesn't like the deliverable?
You're the client-facing brand, so you handle the feedback loop. We rebuild on your direction. Revisions on delivered work are unlimited within reason during the standard delivery cycle. After acceptance, additional change orders are quoted as new work.
Can we resell at any markup we want?
Yes. Your pricing to your client is your call. Most partners resell at 2–3× our delivery cost. Some specialty agencies go higher. We don't enforce or police your retail pricing.
How does the NDA work?
We sign your NDA before the first build call. If you don't have one, we send a mutual NDA template that's usually signed in under an hour. Every team member who touches your project signs an internal NDA covering all partner work.
What happens if our client wants to talk to your team directly?
They go through you. If technical depth is needed, you bring us into a call branded under your agency. We've done hundreds of these calls under partner brand identities. Most clients never realize.
Who owns the code, prompts, and infrastructure?
Your client owns everything. All deliverables deploy into accounts your client owns. No license to us, no lock-in, no shared codebase. You and your client can hire any team to maintain it after handoff.
Can you white-label documentation and handoff videos?
Yes. All client-facing materials carry your agency brand — logo, colors, voice. We have a partner brand kit form during onboarding so this is set up correctly from day one.
What if we need more services than our tier covers?
